Join us as a SCM Digitalisation Lead  \n\nWhat are my responsibilities?\n\nOptimize purchase-to-pay processes for indirect and direct materials, focusing on digitalization, standardization, and efficiency \nImplement and scale Guided Buying solutions globally through cross-functional collaboration \nDrive AI adoption to streamline procurement workflows and enhance decision-making \nIntegrate eCatalogs via API with external suppliers (e.g.

Amazon, Mercateo) \nMaintain the global P2P control framework in SAP S/4HANA for compliance and efficiency \nLead electronic supplier integration to automate procurement data exchange \nSupport rollout of supply chain finance solutions with treasury and procurement teams \nAct as global key user for procurement applications and lead training initiatives \nManage end-to-end digitalization projects, including strategy, implementation, and stakeholder engagement \nPresent digital transformation insights and recommendations to senior management  \n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nMaster’s/Diploma in a commercial or technical field \nSubstantial experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on operative procurement and digital transformation \nExpertise in SAP S/4HANA and Purchase-to-Order platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Jaegger, Synertrade) \nProven leadership in cross-functional projects and process automation \nStrong analytical mindset and experience with emerging SCM technologies \nExcellent communication skills, fluent in English, and adept at international collaboration  \n\nWe offer:  \n\nCompetitive Package including an annual bonus company vehicle or allowance. \nContinuous training and learning opportunities to support career development.
