YT Technologiesare proud to represent a pioneering, multi-award-winning HealthTech SaaS provider undergoing a major enterprise expansion.

Our clients core platforms are already deeply embedded across the sector. However, as the group acquires new business units and broadens its macro product portfolio, they require a high-calibre, consultative Strategic Accounts and Markets Lead to architect long-term, high-value retention and growth solutions.

This is not a traditional feature-selling or reactive support role. This is an enterprise-level relationship engineering position where you will partner directly with executive stakeholders to map corporate health tech strategies.

The Role

Stepping into a newly formed commercial function, you will take ownership of a select, high-impact portfolio. Your accounts are defined not just by revenue size, but by their critical importance to national retention and their latent expansion potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Macro Portfolio Solutions: Look across the client's entire group portfolio to build comprehensive technology solutions aligned directly with the growth strategies of your accounts.

  • Orchestrating the \"Art of the Possible\": Run highly collaborative, strategic client workshops. You will act as the commercial conductorbringing in internal Directors, Product Owners, and Technical Experts to close macro-expansion opportunities.

  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Navigate long-cycle, complex decision-making landscapes to build trusted partnerships with corporate commissioners and senior health sector leads.

  • Market Presence: Attend industry conferences and national networking events to stay ahead of market trends and discover untapped, high-level growth pathways.

About You

You do not need to be a deeply technical software expert; our client has teams of specialists to handle the system intricacies. Instead, we are looking for a sophisticated relationship builder with strong corporate commercial instincts.

What we're looking for:

  • Enterprise Account Management: A proven track record of managing and expanding complex corporate or enterprise portfolios, ideally within SaaS, B2B technology, or parallel public-private landscapes.

  • Consultative Commercial DNA: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to find \"the new\" within established relationships by uncovering hidden pain points.

  • Natural Autonomy: You will thrive in a unique flat hierarchy with a self-managing structure. There are no traditional managers setting daily KPIs; you must be comfortable directing your own workload and market strategy.

  • Flexibility to Travel: This is a national role. While you will collaborate with the team at the beautiful Bath head office for key cross-team alignments, you will be driven entirely by where the work needs you to be (workshops, client sites, and remote strategy days).
