Inclusive Learning Head of Faculty\n\nAre you a qualified SEND practitioner with leadership experience looking to take the next step in your career?\n\nWe are seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Faculty to lead and further develop our specialist provision for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to transforming the educational experience and outcomes of learners who may have previously been in specialist provision or out of education altogether.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Inclusive Learning provision. You will drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring that all students receive a personalised, inclusive and aspirational education that leads to positive destinations. You will lead a skilled and dedicated team, shaping a provision that is responsive, innovative and centred on the needs of some of our most vulnerable learners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and develop personalised programmes of study, ensuring consistently high standards\n\t\nDesign and deliver a curriculum that meets diverse SEND needs through evidence based practice\n\t\nDrive improvements in student progress engagement and outcomes\n\t\nSupport and develop staff through effective leadership, coaching and professional development\n\t\nBuild strong partnerships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders\n\t\nPromote a culture of inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing\n\nAbout You\n\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\nIs a qualified SEND practitioner with a strong track record of impact\n\t\nHas experience of leadership within SEND or alternative provision\n\t\nDemonstrates a deep understanding of inclusive pedagogy and SEND strategies\n\t\nIs committed to improving outcomes for learners with complex needs\n\t\nHas excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills\n\t\nBrings vision, resilience and a genuine passion for inclusive education\n\nPlease follow the link to the application or if you are interested in finding out more, please contact our Assistant Principal of Inclusive Practice \n\nWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.\n\nPlease note that this vacancy may close before the published closing date if sufficient applications are received so if you are interested, please apply as soon as possible.\n\nTo apply, you must have the right to work in the UK.
